Shipping
Stock orders ship in 3-4 business days by First Class US mail unless otherwise arranged. Custom engraving orders ship with 5-10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Damage to product
If you receive the urn damaged we will arrange for a new one to be shipped to you. Please contact us within 6 days of receiving your damaged urn – call 406-582-0705.
